This kitchen transformation in La Cañada Flintridge featured a complete cabinet painting project, converting dated orange oak cabinets into a sleek, modern gray finish.
The original cabinets were beautiful solid oak but had a strong orange tone that made the kitchen feel outdated. Our goal was to modernize the space while preserving the quality and craftsmanship of the existing cabinetry.
To achieve this transformation, our team carefully prepared the cabinets by cleaning, sanding, and priming all surfaces. The cabinets were then professionally sprayed with a durable furniture-grade coating in a sophisticated mid-tone gray called Elephant Skin.
The new finish instantly updated the entire kitchen, creating a brighter, more contemporary look that complements the white countertops, stainless steel appliances, and modern backsplash.
By refinishing instead of replacing the cabinets, the homeowners were able to completely refresh their kitchen while preserving the original oak cabinetry and adding many more years of durability.
